Well..it was a good camp . The camp site was just a stone's throw from the beach; which was nice. Although P.D beach was not the most fantastic one around but i reckon there's just something therapeutic about the sea , the horizon , the waves and the sea breeze that makes it appealing anyway.
Apart from the campsite, i guess the more important factor would be the company. It was really a bummer not having most of my batch mates and "kaki-s" around this time but looking back, i guess it was still good because it then gave me the opportunity to spend time with my fellow juniors , with my CG mates and with people whom i 've only said "hi" and "bye" throughout my time in IK.

Then, right after IK camp, VBS took off. This year, i was assigned to the juniors (age 7-8yrs) !! My first.
A lil concerned at first because i didnt know if i could catch up with their bursting level of energy. But during these 3 days of teaching, interacting and being with these kids, i've learned much. Seeing them having such faith, innocence and wit was a refreshing treat in itself.
Really, it was such a treat talking with them and listening to them. Let me tell you, kids nowadays are just so intelligent.... looking at them makes me wonder if i knew that much at that age then..hmm??...
