No..no..i'm not even out of it yet and yes i'm already missing it now. Irony.
Had a chat with a friend the other day and though conversations on "being a final year student" , "what are your plans after this?"...etc are particularly common nowadays , but in this conversation, i was asked "So what about campus life you'll be missing most when you finish? Hmm... somewhat poignant.
7 more weeks & poof..i'll not be doing what i'll be doing now. No more walking & walking & walking from one faculty to another, no more climbing up 10 flights of stairs to reach the room, no more nasi kandar/melayu, no more rushing for buses and hanging out at "flat ikan". Yes, i'll be missing all these. But above all these too, one thing that takes center stage would be the people. I'll be missing most the people whom i've come to know, laugh, learn, and share with during my 4 years here in this place. Some of whom have graduated, some of whom i'll be graduating with and others who i'll be leaving leaving behind.
2008 CNY dinner with some of the people whom i'll be missing. People with food.

People without food.

And i believe people is the essence of it all. Campus life or not.
