Christmas shopping..

either you love it or you dread it

i guess i understand why people dread shopping for Christmas gifts.

It's the painstakingness of having to go through your family tree thinking of the perfect, right gift for your loved ones and carefully making sure no one is left out,and also at the same time, recalling what you have bought the previous year as to not buy the same thing this year, and hoping to complete the whole process in a day's time(most often it's an impossible feat)

sometimes we tend to be so caught up doing the rounds of Christmas shopping, cleaning and shopping again, the celebration itself suddenly becomes all about that, all about the right gifts, all about that nice decorated tree...

sadly, that is not what it was meant to be.

It is not about the right gifts, not about that nice decorated tree.

It's about Him giving Heaven's Best to us.
