Was being a threat again to the natural environment and especially to the trees from the way i'm using tissues. Was down with flu and cough again on tuesday and i've come to realise the frequency of this. Back during my schooling years, i don't fall sick so easily. But since entering uni, i've become more susceptible to the virus. Almost every semester, i realised i've visited the pusat kesihatan at least once. Sigh.
Speaking of pusat kesihatan, this is one place which gets to my nerves. i remember going there for the first time in my first semester, and i waited for about 45 mins just to see a doctor who spoke to the computer, who gave no eye contact and who was more concern with filling in my details in the right column. Since then, i dread going there. If it's not for the free medication...sigh.. But then again, maybe it isn't free after all..Probably it's included in my tuition fees. Sigh again...
Anyway, tues was no different, came out after 5 mins with 6 different types of medication prescribed to me. Became even more sakit just by looking at these 6 different types of medicines.
And now i'm determined to change my life around and not let my health deterioriate..haha!
Since tues, i've come out with my own set of rules...( well not rules, but changes la)
1) Thou shalt boil water even if it's from the water filter! Must always remind myself to do this because it's just so so convenient to take water straight from the dispenser. Even hot water ok?!
2) Thou shalt buy and eat fruits! Need to keep the Vit C level at the optimum level..
3) Thou shalt eat cereals
4) Thou shalt not consume too much coffee..
5) Thou shalt exercise more
Have been doing this since tues and hopefully it's not one of those hangat-hangat tahi ayam kinda thing..
